O artista indiano Anish Kapoor convidou ativistas e autoridades culturais de Londres para a produção desse vídeo com o objetivo de apoiar Ai Weiwei, o artista chinês que gravou uma própria versão do hit sul coreano, censurada pelo governo chinês.
